Spinach Salad with RawRawLand’s Chicken Crisps
Serves 2
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 small shallot, minced
1 tsp. agave nectar
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. olive oil
1/3 cup crumbled RawRawLand’s Chicken Crisps
Combine shallot, agave nectar, sea salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil in a medium sized bowl. Add spinach and chips. Toss to combine. Serve and enjoy!
